This morning I awake with the name of a friend on my mind. I was impressed to get up and pray for them. I followed this impulse and nudging of the Spirit [Holy Breath], desiring to be obedient to the direction I was receiving.
Also as I did so, I received an image in my mind of a bowl of fruit sitting at the front door and prayed for the gift of the Spirit of Forgiveness, to be given to me and my household, to fill every space and bless everyone who enters. In the Name of Blessed Yeshua. So mote it be. Amen
Recently a new understanding given to me is that Forgiveness is one of the Gifts of the Spirit. Cor 12: 4-11 See scripture at the end of this post.
It is not mentioned as included as one of the Gifts of the Spirit specifically stated in the New Testament. As I came upon this book, the Holy Spirit impressed how valuable the understanding the Gift of Forgiveness is in our spiritual development. And by receiving this gift and fully accepting and integrating this message opened me up to the next level of outpouring of the Gifts of Compassion, Mercy, Charity to takes its place in me and flows from me as a natural response to the presence of the Gift of the Spirit of Forgiveness. As has been experienced by me intimately, it is the door through which the rest of the Gifts of the Spirit flow.

4: 56. “But when reproval is preceded by forgiveness, the designs of the adversary come to naught.
Speaking ill of your fellow builds a bond between the effect of the sin and the hearts and minds of those who have sinned,
but humility builds bonds of love and friendship.
For this reason through all ages of the earth I have sought to establish these two Virtues to not speak ill, and to assume the best.
And the willingness to forgive gives rise to these two Virtues,
This I counseled to forgive your fellow Seventy Times Seven.”
57. And it came to pass that we were enlightened
to learn all this new understanding regarding Forgiveness…
59. And the Lord continued and he said,
“When you find yourself unable to be rid of the effects of the sins of others
First forgive them
And enter into deep humility and repentance
And seek to identify a significant point that is affecting you
And when you strike upon the issue that bind you to the effects in their sin,
Pray for them real and Ardent prayers of blessing
And seek any repentance you may have in the matter
and rejoice in my healing presence
And in this way you will be clean and Their Blessings will follow them.
And you will find the spirit of forgiveness will come to preside in your heart.
And you will walk with me holy without blemish.”

4. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
6. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
7. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
8. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
9. To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
10. To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues;
11. But all these worketh that one and the self-same Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
